James Neihouse 1967

Sacred Heart Hall of Fame Class of 2023

Biography / Accomplishments:

Jim met his wife Sandy while attending Washburn University. They were married in 1982. They have four children, Megan, James, Brad, and Ali, all of which are better athletes than their father. Jim is a CPA and has master's degree in accounting from the University of Texas. He is a former senior vice president of both Westar Energy and Washburn University and is currently the Snyder Professor of Business at Washburn. He also chairs the finance council for the Washburn University Catholic Campus Center. Jim's memories of SHHS include STUCO and class officer, football, basketball, track, yearbook copy editor, FBLA national qualifier and FBLA state officer.
